Letter: Quinn

[Left under the remote, by the slumbering blonde.]

Q,

You know you snore like crazy right? And that falling asleep in front of the TV is bad for you. And yeah, yeah, I know you missed about four months of your little shows, but that is no excuse, because now I have to travel out into the unknown to find you food because otherwise I’ll have to see that little pout you have when you wake up hungry and I hate to see anything but a smile on your face.

Hope you’re okay with pizza. I know I am, especially considering it won’t be my new white and pink dress you’ll be wearing and get the grease all down the front. Yes, I’ll still hold you to that. I loved that dress, I only wore it for like twenty minutes before you asked if you could and I was feeling generous…a lot of good that did me, huh? But you were giving me big eyes and then proceeded to grin and play my favorite games at that little tea party, until Ma came in with the pizza—totally unclassy for a tea party by the way, I’m surprised she didn’t make us finger sandwiches, but I think that we were too young to realize that she and Dad were going though a rough patch…it took forever for me to understand that those were…tear tracks and not her just being silly with her makeup like she always tried to get us to believe.

Ugh…I should be back before you even get to read this. But, if not, I’m down the street at Marco’s picking up extra breadsticks so we can eat and watch your stupid shows..and I need to run, I don’t know why I’m still writing this…you just looked to peaceful to wake up. Call me if you get worried, though I honestly doubt you’ll do more than drool on this paper or knock it off in your sleep, you goon.

-Char

masterelliot:

Kevin couldn’t help but to slightly worry which, over the past, three to four months have been something new to him. He knew that Charlie needed her sister for sure, who doesn’t need their sister? His sister may have been younger than him but considering what they had gone through growing up, he had needed her. That was probably why he had snapped the way he did when he finally lost her. So he was quite aware that there was a thing there with the Gabe guy and Quinn. He hoped that he wouldn’t have to worry about Charlie feeling like the third wheel or feeling as if she shouldn’t be there. But then again he developed a close relationship with Quinn and knew how much she had worried about Charlie so he was sure that there wouldn’t be any problems like that.

“Oh yes, I’ll definitely need it.” A chuckle rumbled in his chest as he lightly nibbled against her skin. “I do enjoy waking up in the middle of the night with you in my bed, I’m sure I’ll be a little sad the first night. Just a little though.” His smirk returned as he pulled back a little to look at her. “But if you’re sure. I just figured Quinn wouldn’t mind a blue eyed, furry sweetheart like her in the apartment.” His lips returned to her jawline, trailing his lips down to her neck before pausing as she spoke. “Hmm..Depends.” He said against her skin, lightly sucking against her pulse point before pulling back to meet her gaze. “What’s the girl willing to do?” He gave her one of his cocky little grins before pressing his lips to hers. “What would you like?”

“You better get sad.” Charlie’s eyes narrowed playfully before groaning and relaxing against him. She needed to do a million things with her life right now, but she wasn’t about to, she still used the excuse that she needed to get used to life on the outside, she needed to find a real excuse to say that she’s still around Kevin. Still sleeping with him that was. They had settled into a routine and it was comfortable, no attachments. It was enough that she didn’t feel any need to stop it, the moment she felt he was crowding her would be the moment this exchange would end. There would be no more late night visits until she felt free again. She wasn’t going to do anything unless she felt free. “A beer, a soda, I don’t care.” She replied, softly sliding off his lap so he could go get it for her, smirking slightly as she did. Her fingers wrapping around his remote and flipping his television on. She went straight to the History Channel, she knew how much he hated it, but Gabe always wanted to watch stupid Gabe things and Char was nice enough to let him.

masterelliot:

A laugh fell from his lips as she had launched herself into his arms, catching her with ease since she practically weighed nothing to him. His lips pressed back to hers before she had pulled away, a smirk playing on his lips as he quirked a brow. “You like it.” He knew she had quit and was managing to do pretty well but no matter how long someone has been without cigarettes they still kind of miss the smell of them. He knew that’s what drove him crazy when he quit at one point, though he was such an asshole and on edge so much he started right back up. He’d eventually quit. His lips pressed to hers once more before turning and heading towards the couch.

“Little bit.” He said in reply with his usual smirk. Of course he did but he’d never fully admit it. He enjoyed her company way too much to not miss her. As he reached the couch he sat down with her still in his arms. “Excited that Quinn is coming home?” He knew she probably missed her a lot and wanted her home, hell he kind of wanted Quinn around a lot. His hands started to slowly slide up and down her back, a bit of a habit from how much they had cuddled. The girl seemed to love when he held her and he never minded it. Deep down he was a little bit of a cuddler anyway. His lips brushed along her jawline as he spoke softly. “You can take Sadie home with you tonight. She’ll keep you warm.” She needed something to cuddle when he wasn’t around.

She was excited that Quinn was coming home…but the thought also terrified her. There was Gabe, and Charlie knew that he and Quinn had something together, so it wasn’t going to be that long of a countdown until she started to be the third wheel around the apartment, which would probably be as soon as her sister returned home. Though it secretly was an enjoyment of hers to be close with Kevin, there was time for relationships, read sex and appropriate time cuddling afterwards when it came to her and Kevin, but there was times when she would need Quinn, a need that wouldn’t go away after all they had been through together and the thought that Quinn wouldn’t need to turn to her…no, that was a lie, Quinn had never turned to her before, when they were in hell, so she wasn’t going to have to worry about losing a connection that wasn’t there. She’d probably end up here in a couple nights anyway.

“No, you keep her tonight, I’m sure you’ll need it much more than I will.” She gave him her normal smirk, “Because you lose the chance to wake up in the middle of the night with me in your bed, I’ll probably have Quinn wanting to be held in mine.” Which was…probable. Who really knew with Quinn? Letting her head fall back slightly to give him more skin to attend to, Charlie’s eyes slid shut. “So…what does a girl have to do for a drink around here?” She asked, teasingly.

When We First Met || Kevar

masterelliot:

Ever since Dalton things have been hectic and fucking annoying for Kevin. For a few days he had been locked up but since they had no real proof that he killed Finn they let him go. Of course with the warning that the investigation was still going on and that he was their number one suspect. Naturally, he didn’t give a shit. He knew they’d never find any traces of Finn’s body so he had nothing to worry about. Every now and then the investigators would come and make sure he wasn’t doing anything illegal and pester him with questions about Finn and what they’re relationship was in the house. Plain and simple, he fucking hated Finn and didn’t give a shit about him. He was like one of those annoying flies that constantly fly around and annoy you until you finally kill it with the flyswatter.

Other than all that Kevin kept tabs on Quinn, his angel, since he loved to call her that. The first person in that house he really opened up to only because she reminded him of someone very dear to him. So of course he would always worry about her well-being as well as her sister Charlie, who he’s developed a rather odd friendship with in Dalton. Since Dalton they’ve become more physical with their relationship or whatever you wanted to call it, he didn’t mind this of course. It’s no secret he’s always been a bit attracted to her even after she managed to get him down with her crutch. He always keeps tabs on Liv and of course his pregnant person, another individual he’s developed an odd friendship with. Ever since he killed that bastard he’s been kind of taking care of her so, in some strange way, he cares about her and those damn kids in her stomach which is a surprise to him. He’s never really liked kids.

While Charlie was on her way over he picked up the apartment some, throwing away the beer bottles and changing his shirt. He didn’t have a job yet, he probably wasn’t going to find one until this whole investigation shit was over. But then again he didn’t really need a job since he had more than enough money to take care of himself with. Of course it was a bitch to get to the money since he couldn’t leave the state, thankfully he got a hold of a cousin that had access to it and sent it to him. After lighting up a cigarette he let the dog out, waiting at the top of the stairs for her to do her business before watching as she ran back up to him. “Good girl.” he said as he exhaled the smoke and went back inside. It wasn’t long before he heard Charlie coming up the stairs, a smile playing on his lips as he put the cigarette out and went to pull the door open. “Hello, darlin’.”

Charlie’s grin became a lot more natural when she actually saw him. Feeling a little more giddy than normal, her arms were around his neck and she easily launched into his arms, her lips pressing against his in greeting. Before she pulled her head back and sighed. “You taste like cigarettes.” She mused, quietly as she held onto him one arm moving back to shut his door. She had quit in Dalton and she actually had managed to keep away from restarting, but there were times like this when she didn’t oppose to him smoking them, but he always was tempting her with the taste of them on his tongue…but it was enough most of the time to suit her.

“Miss me?” She asked, teasingly with a slight quirk of her brow. He had picked up, at least when she did a quick glance around, she saw that it looked more tidy than usual. Charlie nodded towards his couch, he could feel free to deposit her there or he could continue carrying her, she didn’t really care as long as she got to be close to him for a little bit longer before she had to go home and welcome Quinn and then spend the night alone in her bed with her sense of security slightly gone and more one of a protector plague her as she worried about Quinn…which she would, and she was already worrying now, when she should be focused on the arms holding her up.

When We First Met || Kevar

It had been…Charlie didn’t even want to think about how it had been when they had finally gotten out of Dalton. It was a blur of doctors and the warmth of Quinn’s hand as she held onto the comatose girl for as long as she could until she was released and had to start trying…to prepare for her and Quinn and apparently Gabe’s lives now. And then there was Kevin. Their relationship hadn’t changed much, only it was a hellauva more sexual than it had been when they had met. It was something about losing herself in the feel of his body against hers, and there was a fun element to it now what she could actually walk. Her mind wasn’t healed, not completely, but her leg was for the most part, save a barely visible limp sometimes. Running was one of the main parts of them now, but he always caught her and she always got lost in him moments after. There wasn’t much thinking, just this very reliable source of mind clearing.

Now, Quinn was coming back and Char would have to start going to him instead of having him come to her. His arms were usually around her waist as she slept, fighting away her nightmares, but she’d have to give that up for now because she had to start being that person for Quinn, until her sister managed to make it through the long recovery they all had ahead of them. That’s why she was taking a cab. She hadn’t had her license before Dalton and she hadn’t gotten it sense. Gabe was usually her source of transportation to the hospital and the rest she got by on foot.

She knew Kevin’s address…she had been there a few times, but it wasn’t that common…at least not as common as it was going to be now that Quinn was home. Luckily his building didn’t require being buzzed in and she was headed up the stairs to get to his floor. Pasting a smile on her face as her knuckles rapped against his door, it had been a few days since she had saw him last and she did enjoy his company…he surprisingly felt safe, after everything.

  • Kevin: No pizza boxes tonight but I'll pick up the beer bottles. But hey, at least you have your own personal driver when you really need it. I love an excuse to take my car out.
  • Charlie: Don't think I won't abuse that.

  • Charlie: Yeah, I just feel weird letting her think that I have a sex life. And I really think it would be best that neither she nor Gabe figure out some of the places you enjoy visiting during said life.
  • Kevin: Oh yeah, I doubt they would appreciate that. My lips are definitely sealed, darlin'.
  • Charlie: Well, at least we wiped down the counter, so it's not *that* bad...so pick up your beer bottles and pizza boxes, and straighten up while I hail a taxi...this whole not being able to drive thing is hell.

  • Kevin: She is? Well that's good news but I think that would be best. Be kind of hard to sneak around her.
  • Charlie: Yeah, I just feel weird letting her think that I have a sex life. And I really think it would be best that neither she nor Gabe figure out some of the places you enjoy visiting during said life.

Finally getting released today

quinn-xfabray:

A concept which I had previously been trying to introduce to you for about 15 years…

I never needed it before.

Finally getting released today

quinn-xfabray:

The therapist helped decorate our apartment? Why am I not surprised ….

I don’t mind. I’ll just feel like you are everywhere I look..

It’s called retail therapy apparently.

Finally getting released today

Free Quinn is free

The apartment is ready, by the way. Hope you don’t mind the excess of pink that me and the therapist picked out.

A Rewarding Kiss & A Comforting Favor || Kevar

masterelliot:

Kevin couldn’t really help the craving he had to touch her during this. His hands roaming over her sides, memorizing very curve as they slid down to her thighs then back up. Of course his lips were still attached to her neck, trailing those open mouth kisses up towards her ear where he lightly kisses against it, even giving her earlobe a gentle nibble. When he decided he wanted more his fingers slowly moved beneath her shirt, simply brushing against her side. He didn’t want to push the boundaries too much.

Naturally, he wasn’t sure where this was going. So he wasn’t going to go into it thinking that they would be sleeping together tonight…even though the thought doesn’t bother him one bit. As his lips moved back against her neck they trailed down the column of her throat, his teeth dragging against her skin before giving her flesh a playful nip. When she spoke he pulled back only a little to look at her, of course the desire he had for her was evident in his eyes. “Do you want me to stop?” His voice soft but slightly deeper than usual. It was obvious he didn’t want to stop at all but he wasnt going to push her into doing anything else. He just wasn’t the forced sex kind of guy, it’s better when the girl actually wants you anyway.

His question made her pause. Her body didn’t want to, there was even the majority of her that didn’t want to…and the longer he touched her—his warm fingers against her skin making it feel as though her body was humming….the longer he touched her the more she wanted him to keep doing so. Blinking her eyes open, Charlie moistened her bottom lip, her mouth unusually dry but that was mostly because of the tiny gasps and little pants, though she couldn’t think about those things right now without getting too embarrassed to back out. “No, I don’t want you to stop.” She whispered, wanting to stop at the ‘no’ but not wanting to leave any room for error.

Her hands cupping his face and bringing him back up to her lips. It would be so easy to lose herself in this, and she wasn’t even concerned about the issues they might meet trying to do this around the fact that one knee was out of commission….it’d be awkward as hell, but she felt like that too would pass as she let his touch and kisses and well…more consume her.

A Rewarding Kiss & A Comforting Favor | Kevar

masterelliot:

She seemed to get lost in the kissing just as he did. While her hands slid up to his shoulders his slid up her sides at first, bringing her closer against him. Of course he couldn’t stop the light groans that left the back of his throat every now and then especially when she gave in and added a bit of tongue to the kiss. He’d be lying if he said he wasn’t slightly dazed from the kiss as she pulled back. Though he loved that her lips immediately attached to his neck, his head tilting upwards to give her more access.  Fingers slid up and down her back a moment as he enjoyed the feel of her lips on his neck, the kisses becoming lighter by the minute.

A few moments passed before his hand came up to lightly brush his fingers over the side of her neck, moving his head to capture her lips in a heated kiss. At one point his tongue playfully slid over her bottom lip, nibbling against it as he started to slowly roll her over with the arm that was wrapped around her. He knew it would be a little difficult with her knee, not wanting to hurt her. Though when he managed to get her onto her back he only moved halfway over her, letting his hand drop from her neck to lightly roam her sides. He could have let her lay over him the whole time and kiss him but he really wanted to have some slight control. When he broke the kiss he immediately brushed them along her jawline, shifting down against the underside of her jaw where he trailed hot, open mouth kisses down against her neck.

When he reversed them, Charlie was surprised by his gentleness. If she was a dude, hell even now, the last thing on her mind would her knee, but instead of being focused on just what her body could bring to his, Kevin was actually careful about getting her onto her back and below him. And she was not about to protest him being above her, nope…if this was a different world, she would require that be where he stayed most times, but this being this world, it was almost required that she remain under him. And, she couldn’t say that she was going to complain about that either.

Her fingers curling up against his chest, a motion that might have started as one to push him off, just turned into one that would mean her hands would stay on him. That’s where she needed them…on him, and he was warm and wonderful. Her head tilted back enough to give him all the access he needed, and she moaned softly, biting hard on her bottom lip as he did so. “You should probably stop.” She murmured, with little believability as he continued to move along the length of her neck.
